I received a wonderful souvenir gift (お土産) from one of my students at LIFE Jr. College. It's a traditional hat from Kyrgyzstan. I think it's very cute.

That's me in the photo with my new hat from Kyrgyzstan. My colleague, Gwoen-sensei, is pictured in the background.
The student who gave me the gift is from Kyrgyzstan, which is a country located in Central Asia. She is studying International Business here in Japan at LIFE Jr. College, where I teach the English language. She returned to Kyrgyzstan during her Summer Vacation. Learn more about Kyrgyzstan from Wikipedia.

Several other students at LIFE Jr. College are also from Kyrgyzstan, and they are quite nice. I like them a lot.
